Drawing with 95 million year old ink, what a privilege!

This weekend we presented the new book "Fossils and Minerals", which I illustrated, and the people of the National History Museum of Oslo allowed me to draw an extinct octopus with ink, the ink of that very fossilized octopus! The fossil is so well preserved, that is was possible to extract sepia ink from its ink sac. And it worked very well, almost as good as regular ink!
